Aerial Yoga

Cindy Caprella

A combination of traditional yoga poses, pilates, and dance with the use of a hammock. Aerial Yoga allows you to defy gravity by performing various poses that may be difficult to do on the ground, but easier in mid-air. The hammock will guide you to deeper stretches, spinal decompression, and a playful experience as we float & flip in the silks. Open to all levels of students.  We will mix traditional mat yoga with a silk hammock to elevate your practice. The hammock will guide you to deeper stretches, spinal decompression, and a playful experience as we float & flip in the silks!
