The hammock will guide you to deeper stretches, spinal decompression, and a playful experience as we float & flip in the silks. Open to all levels of students. We will mix traditional mat yoga with a silk hammock to elevate your practice. The hammock will guide you to deeper stretches, spinal decompression, and a playful experience as we float & flip in the silks!
