Yoga Core

Yoga flow specially designed to stimulate and strengthen the muscles of the front and back of your trunk, the abdominals, obliques, and lower back muscle groups . Both beginner and advanced students will benefit from this practice, and all are welcome. Consistent core training improves overall balance, helps prevent falls, and protects the low back from strain and injury.
